For those post/drop off your inclusions before 13th, March 2020, all casting work has been completed on our end and you will be informed when the order is ready after Malaysia Government’s Movement Control Order (MCO).

Due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation, our incoming shipments of hardware from oversea (Korea, China, Hong Kong, United States, Poland, Italy and so on) that were due to arrive after this MCO period. Affected by tighter border controls and government measures rolled out to contain the Coronavirus pandemic, all inbound parcels have been delayed.

We will be using all our resources to complete your orders. If you do not receive an email with your parcel's tracking number, we seek your kind patience and understanding. We are managing this situation as best as we can, as soon as we complete your order, we will complete and dispatch your orders as soon.

We will include some safety measures for the uncertainty of Covid-19 such as:
- Increase sanitation and use of protective gear at our workplace to ensure optimum cleanliness.
- Reduce movement and social distancing by complying with the MOC.
- Increase UV sterilize on every stage of our process until the final packaging before we sending out your orders. (Please do sanitize the surface of the packaging when you unpack it in future when you receive your parcel after MCO)
- Health screening of our team member to minimize the risk of exposure of Covid-19
